At the Senior Center in the auditorium we have a beautiful hardwood floor which makes performiing our moves so much easier and safer on your body. You also do not have to a senior to take my classes. The Senior Center is an ideal venue and we teach adults from the age of 18 until eighty remember exercise keeps you young at heart. When you come to class please wear loose comfortable clothing, and suitable footwear and of course remember to bring bottle of water as keeping hydrated is really important.
Shoes I would recommend are: Capezio Women's DS24 Rockit Dance Sneaker. You can buy them from Amazom.com. It is sugested that you buy a half size bigger than usual and the good thing is if they do not fit you can return them and re-order.
